1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Rize AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Rize AI offers premium features requiring an active subscription. Payments are processed through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use Rize AI for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer the API, scrape the application's data, or overload our AI generation systems.

4. Intellectual Property

The code, design, and proprietary architecture of Rize AI are the intellectual property of the developer. As noted in our Disclaimers, third-party names and book titles remain the trademark/copyright of their respective owners and are used purely for transformative educational purposes under Fair Use.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.
